The Cost of Disclosing a Background Check
You might need more offers to end at one accepted offer that will deal with the stuff in your background check. And you might also have to accept multiple offers and then reject some of them. That's tricky because they usually have a start date. So maybe we should disclose that earlier rather than finding out six months into your job that it was a deal breaker, you know?
