The Importance of Responsibility in Local Communities

i wonder if enough time has passed that eventually people become subservient and you would have generations of people who wouldn't want to even take the responsibility. i think on a small enough aggregate people would always work together  on smaller aggregates cooperation is very natural. everywhere i've gone i've seen a distaste for centralization because they can see how it's ruining local shops and local families in the ruin of Tesco so not everything That was quite a clocool term white pulling event for me um something that made me very happy to see and did give me a lot of faith.
