Cleopatra and the Tolama Empire
Mar Cantonese is increasingly keen on breaking away from Octavianans establishing an Eastern Empire. In Antioch he summons Cleopatra because he's in desperate need of money and troops and support. She says yes she will give him support but in return she wants all the lands that the earlier tolama kings once owned in the east. He says yes she can have it so almost overnight she's restored the lost empire of the tolamas in the eastern Mediterranean.
