The Importance of Listening to Change
We need to find a way of expressing what we feel. The natural healing of the body allows us to adapt and change. So that might be punching a pillow or talking to your friends. It might be writing a journal, it might be dancing to music. We have to put in place the things that allow us to rather than block it. And actually one of the things i in one of my sub questions on this is, what are the very or there im very self-sabotaging behavours?
