The type of brands we've worked with now going global is slightly different than what it was ten years ago. The key challenge that most of the Chinese companies have when they go abroad is talent. They just don't have enough talent locally that are experienced in operating in global markets. It's often a big cultural challenge and you need this takes time to build.
