Our attention gets to turn outwards, and it flows outwards through our mind and our senses. And therefore you do not notice that one common consciousness behind all experiences. So this sensory system must be brought under control. With that understanding we can let go of these wordy and other worldly desires. They do not add anything to us. they only serve to distract us.
