The Importance of Signature Programs

I feel like, especially with general social involvement from brands, you kind of just like you said, you get, forget how you said it. I would also think in terms of tire kickers understanding that they're going to get better value over time with a signature program than just kicking dollars into into different buckets as well. The right movement, the right strategic program, and that is sometimes not easy. A good alternative is to find where that already exists, an external program. That becomes your signature program.
