I confess i have my slow workouts and my faster workouts. And they scale with whether i'm training heavier with longer rests or whether not. Maybe midway through a workout, i'll shift over to doing higher repetition, lower rest. If you ere in for strength, maybe the extra few minutes doesn't matter so much.
