The Personal Touch in the Medical Profession
In many cases in the profession, I don't want to say things like the personal touch or empathy are unimportant at all. But I think in many cases, they are overrated in the professions. One of the things we write about that's happening in the professions is that more and more professional work is being what we call decomposed into all the different tasks and activities that make it up. And it's quite an interesting opportunity to sort of allocate them to different types of people using technologies.
