How to Celebrate Failures and Successes

I love the em we call it a growth minesup, but it really sounds like, you embody that idea of m of growth. We did for a little while there. I think everybody was talking about, you know, fail fast or, you know,. You want to fail. And so we kind of had to change our a language there. That was what we were going to gong to judge, you want. Now, if you fail repeatedly, then we have a pattern. That's a different problem that we have to deal with. But if your failure results in learning and an evolution, then that's really what we want to be celebrating.
