Is Alan Dershowitz a Trump Friendly Monkey?

I don't think Alan Dershowitz expected to win this lawsuit. I think he drew a Trump friendly monkey at the very start and is now in a very, very good position to either continue to litigate or extort the settlement from CNN. Or to have this thing go to trial. And again, it cannot imagine that a jury would not look at this and just laugh Alan DersHowitz at a court. But as a defendant, you're skeptical, right? You look at it and you can man, it only takes one.
