Are You Always Discontent With What You Can Fix?
The defect focus within Amazon reflects that if you're always discontent with what the defects are in your business, then that's going to serve customers by fixing those issues and focusing on those opportunities. I would just try to tell people understand even though we had a great week, we're going to spend a minute on celebration and 59 minutes chasing what we could have fixed. And hopefully people realize that what we were there for is to fix things and make them bigger.
