The Major Questions Doctrine

She's had a prolific acting career on stage on TV and on the screen with credits ranging from NYPD blue to the Pulitzer Prize nominated Rapture blister burn at the Geffen theater. In Biden v Nebraska the Supreme Court's final opinion of its just completed term the court invoked the major questions doctrine in holding that the Biden administration lacked authority to forgive the student loans for people who were affected by the pandemic.
