Change Is Scary
i found that most people are comfortable continuing to fail at something, rather than entertaining the possibility of making a change. It is a fascinating wrinkle in human psychology. As for the wedding, you want a nice wedding, go for it. The only difference is i've been saving for a wedding since i was 24 years old. When you finally get honest with money, one of the first things you feel is shame. Why didn't i learn this earlier? Why have i been making the kind of decisions i've been making for 20, 30, forty years?
