And they found that their recommended range was in that range of like one point seven to two point two grams per kilogram. So what's nice about these dies is that there's some overlap there. If we feel so inclined, you now, if you make some assumptions and some generalizations about the body composition of individuals in those studies, you can kind of back calculate a range that is roughly scaled to fat free mass.
