Is There a Difference Between a Slow Excentric and Controlled Excentric?

I think that like what you're saying is like the egg basically comes back to the execution style. So it's that middle ground between I'm using enough control for them, I'm working the target muscle, but I'm not going so slow. The argument made by people who like to use like time under tension or slower concentrics say that by the end that you get to failure, you're recruiting all of the motor units anyway. But there's also some nuances there in terms of like, am I getting full motor unit recruitment despite the fact that I'm using less loading and I'm not using as explosive a concentric? You can actually kind of find that balance between using appropriate loading
