Is the Training Getting Harder?

No matter how much the navy has tried to make buds easier, it seems to only get harder. In the eighties, forty % of candidates graduated. Over the past 25 years, the average has dropped to 26%. And in seaman molan's class that year, som assuming 20 22, it is less than ten per cent. The community itself doesn't want to see the standards modified to a degree that is going to change the end product.
