The History of the Papal Inquisition

The earliest references I've found to the papal inquisition going after Jewish converts to Christianity are from the 1260s. We have very fragmentary survival of evidence for this period. But by the early 14th century, there are trials against un-baptized Jews as well. It was on the grounds that those Jews were harming, endangering and attacking Christians in the Christian faith.
