The Joker: The Unreliable Narrator

I don't know if he's really talking to his wife or not. Neither does he. I think there is a difference and it informs everything in the movie. The people I see frustrated by the label of unreliable narrator is like, oh fuck that. That means everything I saw was nothing. Like that's a lie. And they're saying and they're getting pissed off at leaving the experience because they feel cheated and lied to. But this is a movie that's purely showing us the POV of a character. When he finds out that it's not real is when we find out that's not. It's there. They made that. Although. Yeah,. I guessed it pretty early.
