What Regions of the World Present the Biggest Challenge in Technology Development?
The biggest challenge, in terms of technology to technology, is in the most vulnerable areas. The disparities that we see in those countries are enormous. So instead of looking at regions, i would say we should look at the most vulnerable parts of society.
