Leadership in a Remote Environment

I definitely have a tendency to come across more harsh online than I am in person. If someone from the sea level writes on a public document what is this crap someone from my team will read it and then there's a problem but if I interesting is instead also like specific so one of the podcasts that I will have is Matthew Schelton who has published another book after his team topologies one which is pretty fascinating work for me just to address the remote part of the entire thing. We have to relearn how to work remote with each other and yeah that's pretty exciting I think in the end anyways, he says.
