The Practical Case for Human Spaceflight Is Getting Weaker All the Time
This is a theme of my other new book out this year, which is called The End of Astronauts. Co-written with my old friend and colleague from Berkeley, Don Gosemith. It's really about the role of human spaceflight versus sort of robotic spaceflight. And just to summarize what it says, it argues that the practical case for sending humans into space is getting weaker all the time as robots get better and more capable.
