Are You Going to Treat a Seizures?

I have seen very, very severe Warnicki's at the point where someone's in a coma. And so I'm not going to sink my mind on like, that is this case. But it's fair to say that just about anyone who's encephalopathic, especially if you don't know why you're going to give some thiamine. Oh, 100%. That means to be in the water. No, I won't treat him in any way for a seizure. They have to be real or they have to be like, clearly the interictal continuum that's evolving and becoming more angry. Otherwise, we're just seeing encephalopathy.
