Is He an Alcoholic?
A person who's making decisions along the way in his life, he has what you would consider the contra causal or dual ability to accept or reject the offer of the beer. But let's say 20 years now that he's in alcoo lic and he is clinicallya dependent upon alcohol. And so he may not have dual ability as a full on adict, but he has the necessary, insufficient conditions of being a libertarian, accountable agent because he was the first mover of becoming an alcoholic.
