Is the Advanced Clean Truck Rule Going to Be Passed?

Despite lots of states adopting the advanced clean truck rule despite industry lobbying, there are some such as main where the regulations adoption appears to be derailed or in Colorado. So difficult to predict which states may choose to adopt it in the future and what the industry lobbying would look like. And another thing to consider is also that while the ACT rule has been passed in a number of states, a way that still needs to be granted from the EPA so the Environmental Protection Agency under the Clean Act that allows this regulation to actually be passed isn't guaranteed. Until this waiver is granted, nothing is certain.
