The Influence of Engagement on Policy

A lot of libertarians come down on the other side of it, which is to overemphasize policy. If we can be making people's lives better in these actions, that may also have an impact on policy. That doesn't mean no one should do policy, right? The people who are at DC think tanks have cultivated a lot of specialized skills related to policy analysis. But that does mean that they shouldn't see it as the sole extent of how people make change.
