I think we need to start looking by the water consumption per farm and per volume produce. And it's a direct thing. Like, if I reduce my water consumption on the irrigation side or I do non-irrigated plus I make sure I capture as much rain, et cetera, it feeds to my bottom line immediately. Compared to carbon, which still is sort of this elusive thing that nobody has seen unless you put it on a microscope. The good thing about regenerative is that you go to the farm and you see it within your own eyes.
