And you get three years levered long, 24, 25, 28 % returns, you're now creating a nest egg for yourself. In 19 97, i had an unbelievable year. My partner and i split the vig on thatad. You know, i paid off all my school debt. I bought myself a house in cash, no mortgage. But in 19 98, i got the living daylight sbeed out of me by the stock market. The russians were defaulting.
