Sanctions on Nicaragua

There are additional efforts through it executive orders to increase the levels sanctions on Nicaragua and exports in particular, Nicaragua and gold. Half of those six and a half million people live below the World Bank poverty line. The human rights concerns are as best I can tell valid. Unfortunately, the tools we use have a poor record of actually delivering change in the behavior of the targeted country.
