i am thinking about what it would be like to have a substitute in my position. i could imagine taking two weeks vacations and not given it a second thoughtr. I just think it would require a lot of redundancy that we're not used to. But the other thing for organizations is, this kind of arrangement does carry an administrative burden,. Yes. And i think a cost, right? Absolutely.
