There are, there are other ways of doing it where all you need to do is to understand your own context. And in some contexts, actually, there might be a small enough organization that an email from the CEO saying, this is important to me could make a big difference. But as ever with these behavioral things, right, is that it can tip the other way. So you can screw it up badly. We're sentient and we're reacting to what's put in front of us. And we have opinions and views on things that shape not just that moment, but how we perceive control frameworks,. rules, training, processes, behaviors in a much broader concept.
