M-tour: How do kids differ in terms of their needs and frequency? If we've established the 100 grams plus the 30 and the two and a half in terms of protein and losing per meal, talk about kids. We would like them to have, you know, 10, 12 grams of protein. The problem we have is that people are being told these plant based things, but they're not being given enough information to actually balance it for children.
