Weight Watchers - The Story of Jenna
Weight Watchers started as a weight loss support group back in 1963 with a woman named Jean Needich. By the time Jenna joined in third grade Weight Watchers operated on a point system based on height and your desired weight you were assigned a number of points for the day. Each food you ate had a point value and you tallied up your points as you went like you were managing a budget.
