The Challenge of Scaling Back Your Business

I almost feel like being an entrepreneur running a business is just suffering and suffering for long periods of time. So when the company scales back, even though I know a strategic and we're focusing on bottom line, it still is psychologically challenging. It does kind of bum me out for lack of better terms and it doesn't make me happy. And with that being said, my rough year is still what a lot of people would wish for 10 years ago at this point in their lives.
