You should always try conservative management with some one first am before you sort of go to the more invasive, higher risk interventions. Impairmency mentioned before. Yer, definitelyd and i think you should try that with, as i said, excluding the real red flags. Mentioned before about red flags. What are some of the red flags that you'll tend to keep an eye out for? Well, it depends a little bit on their age, but i think we have to be really, really cautious not to miss a slipped up, ephemeral epiphacis. And then obviously any kind of strange things where people are not responding to treatment, any malignancies
