Is There a Protocol That Allows Validators to Restake Their Ethereum?

The way that it works in the like simple form of PBS is that the builders really they are sending a full block well not necessarily using all 30 million gas. The proposer will be able to take everything that the builder sent them and then they would be able to append additional transactions that they want. So there's some interesting ways where you could try to get around that such that you don't have to rely on proposer trusts not to steal but also still be able toappend transactions.
