How to Set Heart Rate Train Zones Based on This Test
When we are at 100% aerobic, if we were running easy, there is no increase in our lactate in our blood. If you go into that zone, generally, it's about 145 beats per minute for people with low heart rates and 150 or 155 for those who have higher heart rates. The next part then is what we call extensive aerobic. And this would be for especially for ultramaritans,. We call it zone two extensive aerobic. It is the first time there is an increase in lactic in your blood. Now, you're still probably like 80, 90% aerobic, but you're 10% anaerobic. They're great for work in the aerobic system because
