i would try to buy it with cash, you know, just the act of saving up for it. The biggest risk to what the white coat investor as a business is me. We're trying to make it sothat it's a little bit more valuable as business and that it doesn't depend just on me. i couldn't have predicted where it was five years in from the beginning,. who knows where it's going to be five years from now?
