What Is Naturalistic Decision Making?
Gary Klein received his PhD in experimental psychology in 1969 at the University of Pittsburgh. He's considered the pioneer of the field known as naturalistic decision making or NDM. Gary is currently president of Shadow Box LLC, a company which provides scenario driven training to businesses and other entities.
