The Importance of Humility in Public Speaking

I won't engage in the game of speaking to someone who's senior to you now that can go. That shit will get you in a lot of trouble and it got me in school or sometimes it can actually go quite well for you. I could have walked up to some other famous people like Graham Norton four years ago but what doesn't happen to me is I don't instinctually I don't get a rush of endorphins by his Graham Norton. When he was on my podcast about two years ago  Graham Norton didn't really need to command my fucking podcast he wasn't more famous than needing to command to my podcast because he wanted to.
