Buffalo Police say they will dedicate a team to hunting down the rapist and killer. Four police departments joined in a special task force to find the man now tied to 10 attacks including three murders that spanned more than two decades. FBI profilers said the bike path rapist most likely worked at night and what investigators now knew from modern DNA analysis was that the killer was of Hispanic origin.
