Julia read off a list of co-founders of 10x the listeners might realize that there are no names that sound female on that list. Would you mind sharing a little bit more about why? Sure well first of all I think our team got together kind of organically we've met each other 10 years ago have known each other for some time. There's a strong basis of trust that grew over the years and based on these long-term relationships then decided that was a good idea to start the fund together.
