"I think about it as not just the technical aspects of the hardware but how do I tell a story that invites you into the experience?" he said. "Did I make you uncomfortable? How am I off-boarding you in a way that we can build off of that empathy or you being uncomfortable"? He added: "It made me start to think about all of those different touch points of engagement and immersion outside of just the hardware."
