Is There a Difference in the Voice in Support Emails?

In the settings page, like if you scroll the bottom, my, uh, my very beautiful face is there. I didn't notice that before. And it's small enough so that I look better. Most people would probably not going to care though, which is fine. It's nice whenever that stuff's surrounding the parts where they start like trying to solve a problem.
