How Do You See Medical Journals Evolving?
In the few years, we've seen preprint servers and all the related things that go with that. This is a place where researchers can post their work in an open access form at they can be read by anybody. I think there's trickiness to by medical papers. Do you really want a possible treatment to be posted early before it's had rigorous per review? And i think that's where we're going to have to see how it works out overtime. But of course, we don't control these archives. We knew they were going to happena. So i i think the position of the journal needs to be, again, it's cor mission, rigorous, pure review, publication
