The Evolution of Religious Avoidance
In business, you're trying to stand out from the crowd. So what everyone does is they try to look at all the competitive stuff,. But it ends up making them more like the competitors. Some things work, despite their original intentions. And even if you don't know why they're working, one of the really good examples I can give is religious avoidance of pork. A lot of the means that we adopt that become harmful actually help us because of social beliefs.
