The Dialectic Pattern of Evolution in Human History
Cultureal world view systems are forming a structure of evolutionary emergence in human history. We can see that the pattern of their emergence and pushing off against each other is a dialectical pattern. Progressivism is attempting to kind of reclaim a sense of transcendence that they see modernity is lacking, if they can't go back to the old transcendence supplied by religion. And so thisis no it's positive in many ways, and negative in some ways too.
