How Long Should You Wait After a Sub-Q Heparin Dose?

The blocks that are at highest risk and where you really do need to time when a needle goes in are your neuraxial blocks. So usually there's enough clearance to wait an hour for most procedures. With this one it's not at the level of a neuraxial block certainly, so with sub-Q heparin I feel comfortable here proceeding with the block.
