Cryptocurrency Regulations
I'm not sure what adding some regulations or laws around this stuff really helps. It's not like a law saying, you know, running a Ponzi scheme is illegal is going to stop someone from spinning up aPonzi scheme. People already get prosecuted for it. We don't need more laws to say the same thing. I think industry standards are great. They're opt in rule sets with people in their own private property and to the degree that exchanges and wallets can create standards that are good for protecting people. That's a working market. It just needs to be allowed to work.
