The Different Types of Broad Complex Tachycardias
Ventricular tachycardia is defined as just three whole beats of ventricular origin at a rate of 100 beats per minute, or greater. And we can talk about it as being either sustained or not sustained. Non-sustained ventricular tachycardsias are self-terminating and self-limiting. The treatment for VT needs to be tailored to the actual abnormality and problem that's present with our patient.
